If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days without any problems. Returning articles is only possible under the following conditions, insofar as this is reasonably possible:
- Bottles are unopened.
- Items are provided with attached labels and stickers.
- Items are in the original packaging.
The article can be well packed, preferably in the shipping box of LiquidZilla Wines sent to our company.
For quick processing of the returned items, we would like to find the following information in the box.
- Invoice or order confirmation with order number.
- The number of products returned.
- Reason of return.
If it is a mistake on our part, such as an incorrectly delivered item, please contact our customer service first. State your order number, add a photo of the item and state the problem.
If it is not our fault, but for example too many items ordered or items ordered incorrectly, the return costs will be borne by the buyer.
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer, which means that LiquidZilla Wines is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Always ask for the tracking code at the postalservice and keep it safe.
For crediting items, we strive to refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
